"Room was nice and clean. So were breakfast offerings, thank you to the staff!! My only complaint is tea only offered in room, not coffee. I love to have a cup of coffee in bed and plan my day. Really don’t like having to shower, dress and be presentable to get a morning cup of joe"

"What I loved : extremely clean both in the room and the common areas , very nice and helpful staff, quiet atmosphere, comfy beds , safe parking . What was disappointing : the plumbing needs more consistent maintenance , last trip we had only hot water in the shower and had to switch rooms , this trip the bathroom sink drain had to be cleaned during our stay , and the lobby bathroom failed to flush . "I had a nice and comfortable stay. The staff were very welcoming and the location seemed very neat. I was not able to use the amenities due to my short stay but I’m sure it’s not far from being well kept. The location is great for local things to be done"

"From check in to check out, everything was seamless. The front desk staff were so friendly and checked us in early without any hesitation. The rooms are huge, plenty of space and so clean. Ordered dinner one night from the restaurant and it was delicious. Perfect stay!"

"Being by the water"

"Great hotel. Stayed here on the weekend we toured Fairfield University. Would definitely stay here in the future if my daughter is accepted. My top choice for the college she would go to so we shall see"

"I loved my stay at the Dune! I was in a corner room and it got great sunlight all day. It was just a few minutes from the beach, so I was able to walk out and watch the sunrise. There was also a market across the street that had delicious breakfast. I brought it back to my room to eat while enjoying the Keurig coffee in the room."

"I kept smelling a light sulfur smell in my room. My theory was that the traps had just run dry and some smell was coming up from the drains, but those drains probably need to be bleached. The smell went away after I ran water in the sink and shower. Other than that, it was good."
