"My room was in the coach house, just outside tje doors of the main building. It was very clean with just baked biscuits and Tregothnan tea. A gorgeous view of the garden was welcoming on arrival."

Food was excelent both in the evening and breakfast. We think it must be a wonderful place to work as all the staff from reception to cleaners were all very happy, chatty and helpful. "Absolutely loved Grace! She greeted us upon arrival and was available the entire weekend for our stay. The small staff was exceptional! All very friendly. Accommodations were modern and clean, bed was comfortable. While it wasn’t a bothere to us. Be warned they have live music on weekends so it will be noisy from 9-11p.m. We would stay here again if we were ever to come back to the area."

"Absolutely fabulous few days away. This is a real gem of a hotel. Quiet and secluded but a real joy to experience. The staff are so helpful and genuine (Rosie, Sharon and Oliver deserve medals) There was plenty of choice for breakfast, the cooked breakfast was tasty and well presented. The evening dinner menu and quality of food was 10/10. I think it could be even better with a slightly extended menu. We will be back x"
