"This is my second stay at this property within the last month, and unfortunately this experience was significantly worse than the first. On my way to the hotel, I called the property three times. Each time someone answered the phone only to immediately hang up. When I arrived and mentioned it to the front desk employee, her response was simply, “I’m the only one here and I don’t do that.” There is also an unpleasant odor throughout the hallways and inside the rooms. I had to request fresh sheets and blankets for the main bed because the originals clearly had not been changed. The bed was neatly made, but there was a strong body odor smell coming from the bedding, and when I pulled the sheets back I noticed stains that appeared to be used stains. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos before i replaced the bedding. In addition, neither television — the one in the bedroom nor the one in the living room area — worked during my entire stay. The elevators were also constantly out of order, making it extremely inconvenient. The hallways frequently had trash left around, and the pool/jacuzzi area was chaotic. The pool was filled with unsupervised children ranging from very young kids to teenagers who continuously moved between the pool and jacuzzi with little to no supervision, making it difficult for other guests to relax or enjoy the amenities. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and lack of professionalism made this stay very disappointing."

"The hotel is centrally located in a shopping district and steps from many restaurants and theater. It definitely suited for a family with young children with a small playground to release some energy. Another great part of this hotel since its next to parking structure for all the amenities, there are ample parkings on the second and third floor, extra savings for the goodies. The only lesser part taken of this hotel was its age has definitely showed throughout. Overall, we had a great stay."

"the rooms were clean overall. there was a few disappointments. room 214 on the second floor, the mattress was overused. where the body lays, you slept in what felt like a hole and the metal bottom frame made lots of screeching noise when getting comfortable in bed. the air conditioner was rowdy and loud. the shower did not have a door or curtain. just a glass that covered just enough where the water stream splashed on the shower floor. no hair dryer in room. also expedia says “pet friendly,” but it is in fact not. they have a sign at the front desk that reads “no pets allowed.”"

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty upon arrival. There was hair from previous guests all over the bathroom floor, inside the tub, and even behind the bathroom door. The carpets did not appear to have been vacuumed, and the entire room had an unpleasant dirty smell. The bed sheets also appeared unchanged, with visible stains on them, which made the room feel very unsanitary overall. When we asked for new sheets, the new sheets also had stains on them such as gum and very old brown stains. Customer service was also poor. The front desk was frequently unattended, and we often had to wait a long time just to get assistance or ask basic questions. Additionally, a family member staying in a separate room had to switch rooms four different times due to ongoing issues. One room had broken AC, another was dirty, and the problems kept continuing from room to room. Overall, this stay was absolutely not worth the cost. The property felt much more like a low-quality 1-star motel than a hotel. Very disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again."
