"Well located property 5 minutes from historic center. Desk staff not terribly friendly. On site parking not available when we arrived. Fortunately street parking was available. Rather long walk to our room, which was good sized and nicely appointed. Breakfast was good, but over run with scarce seating and some items (fresh fruit) already eaten and unavailable."

"This is an amazing hotel if you are going to use trains or buses. The breakfast is excellent. We had a newly refurbished room with a good outlook so that was good. However, there was no easy chair despite neighbouring rooms having two. We asked a couple of times for a chair to no avail. We’d have given five stars otherwise"

"A straightforward, clean, and easy place to stay in Colmar. The room was basic but comfortable and had everything I needed for a short stay. Check-in and the overall experience were simple and hassle-free. My only complaint was the wine — quite expensive for a very small pour!
