Enjoyed our stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was warm and comfortable with an excellent view across to Clifford’s Tower. Malmaison York
Great room, very comfortable bed Excellent breakfast and great rooftop bar Parking is a real issue at the hotel and in the city in general. The recommended NCP carpark had a huge queue - I would advise against bringing a car
