Very spacious and modern rooms. The pool has a great view over the Congo river. Lication very convenient, with shops and restaurants withing walking distance.

I arrived at 9am. Rude customer service agent, I didn’t even get a welcome drink, I had to tell the agent if he could store my luggage while I waited to check in. The swimming pool was going under maintenance. I wished I would have known this before making the reservation as the whole purpose of staying at this hotel was the swimming pool as Brazzaville was very hot. The room was basic, mini bar almost empty, no sugar or creamer for the coffee. And I was taking a shower when a man knocked on my door and immediately opened the door. Unacceptable. You supposed to wait until I answer or open the door myself. This is a 5-star hotel, $450 dlls a night.
