"Great location. Street noice at night would wake us up though."

"The receptionist was terrible—she didn’t explain anything. We asked about our pre-paid breakfast, and she had no idea what we were entitled to take. I don’t think it’s entirely her fault, though; it seems she simply wasn’t trained on how to welcome or assist a guest."

"The room was clean the first night and was able to find parking, second night absolutely no parking available. We were arriving later in the day called the front desk staff to ask them to please make sure the crib was in the room. As we got closer, we double checked that the crib was in the room because the baby was extremely tired. "The bistro did not offer Starbucks as advertised"

"Everything was great."

"Nice Overnight stay near Baylor."

"Pros; The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Con: The breakfast is pretty much like a snack area. The hard boiled eggs and sausages are like rubber bouncy balls. It would be nice to have a cereal not covered in sugar, Busses and semis take all the parking spaces if you come in late at night. They should park across the street at the mall."

"Extremely clean and comfortable! My kids loved the aquarium in the lobby. Lots of great breakfast options!"

"The staff was friendly breakfast the first morning was very good. I liked the Canadian bacon and the herb seasoned potatoes. the 2nd morning not as good. The potatoes were to spicy and the sausage patty too greasy. Didn't know the pool was closed.. was looking foward to swimming. I went up to my room the first night and it was already occupied. The second day I was locked out and had to get my key re done. Inconvenient. The bathroom sink leaked. The gym was nice. Really like the set up."

"Everything was great, my friends. And I enjoyed ourselves"

"Loved the room and the space!"
