My family of 6 stayed and the condo was very spacious and quiet. It had all the amenities that I didn't pack and parking and driving just a few blocks off of the main strip was a breeze. I would stay again.

We stayed in a 3bed/3bath (B-8) on the very top floor, 4 flights of stairs or by elevator a short walk away. The layout was ideal! Bedrooms separated, each with its own bath and shower. The decor could definitely use an update and there is a lot of carpet. Swapping those two things would do the place wonders, but would probably also increase the price... Definitely doable for the reasonable price given. Bed were comfortable with nice linens. Water pressure could be better, but not bad. Location is convenient to everything, yet quiet and easy accessible. Staff was very organized and helpful with every situation. I would certainly stay here again.

The layout of our condo was perfect. The location was perfect. We had to vacuum the floors when we got there as that clearly had not been done. The toilet and garbage disposal weren’t working, but maintenance was quick to take care of the issue. The fitness center was closed and apparently had been for a year. Overall we really like staying at Thousand Hills. The cleanliness could have been better, but very happy overall.

A little sparse on kitchen supplies but everything was clean. Shower drain was clogged, but they quickly fixed it and replaced a lightbulb. Carpet was a little stained and dirty. But bed was clean and overall good experience.

Overall, we were very happy with the property, and our condo. We had a party of 5 adults in a 3 bed 3 bath condo, with a sun room that allowed all of us to have our own space, and common areas to relax together. The condo was clean. Our only complaints were that the upstairs bedroom was hot, so we were glad we brought extra fans. There were no throw blankets, so we were glad we brought a couple. I did not see a blanket for the sleeper sofa, but there were extra pillows and sheets for it. The water did not drain well in the sinks. the water pressure was not that great, and the kitchen could've been better stocked with things like scissors, plastic wrap, foil. There was only one, single-use laundry detergent, so bring extra or plan on buying more. There was no elevator available in our building, so be prepared for stairs. I was looking forward to using the fitness center, but was told that they don't have one anymore at the Legacy property, and that i would have to go to the downtown property and pay a day fee to use it. I was looking forward to walking around the property, but there were no pedestrian walking paths. There were golf cart paths, and of course it's discouraged to use them for walking by those who are not golfing. We had a smooth check-in and checkout process. We would stay at the property again.

It was perfect for our family Christmas. We spent 3 days there and it was wonderful and relaxing. Very well furnished and decor was beautiful. We were very comfortable and happy. I would recommend this to anyone needing a place for a large group.

Not up to the standards of other stays.

This was our third stay at the Legacy in 12 months, and we were very surprised and disappointed by the unit we had. The unit's decor and amenities fell far short of what we are used to. No bedspreads or comforters, just sheets. The hodgepodge of mismatched furniture was a surprise, and the bear theme mixed with Thomas Kincaid and jazz wall hangings was just confusing. The screened porch had only one chair and no other furnishing, making it unusable for the three of us. No nightstand by one of the beds. Only two washcloths for a 3-bedroom unit, and no measuring spoons so we had to eyeball making our coffee. I certainly could never recommend this particular unit, and I hope there's a way in the future to make sure we don't get it again.

We were booked for Legacy, but they ended up putting us at a different location. We were there for 2 nights and paid a lot for our king suite. We didn't get cleaning service and when I called for clean towels, they said they were short handed and I would have to drive down to the office to get more towels. (we only got 4 towels to begin with). Plus, we were expected to take out our own trash and run the dishwasher. I'm shocked they didn't ask us to vacuum as well. I'm very annoyed that we paid plenty for this room and the service was sub par.
