"Upon check-in, the noise in the lobby was so loud I could hardly hear the attendant helping me. She did little to quiet in the room. My husband unloaded the car, only to find out we had to go outside down a u-shaped ramp and walk across the pool area, and near the very end of the hotel for our rooms. ..."

"The staff was so helpful! Expedia put me in a room on the third floor with no elevator on the property so staff helped me by changing our room since I’m disabled and can’t do stairs! Very clean rooms, this will definitely be our place to stay when visiting Branson!"

"Room was quiet. Pillows were terrible. Room needed better cleaning, like behind the end table wrappers and dust. To much junk laying around the property. But our stay was good for the value. Breakfast was good, the young lady working it was nice and very friendly."
