"Historical with beautiful ground. We stayed in Hunter, a three bedroom apartment that is built against a ground. It is a bit musty and quite basic. Mattresses are not good quality. Bathroom has no counter space. The property in general feels dated and not luxury when it comes to softwares."

The room and hotel were very nice and well kept, but the restaurant area was incredibly cold, the windows in the conservatory area leaked air around the edges and the air con wasn’t running any heating when we were in there eating so hurried through and returned to room. "Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!"
