"Clean and nice and dark to sleep"

No blankets on the bed! Just dirty decorative coverlets and sheets. Queen beds, but only 2 pillows. Bring your own pillows though, because you will be charged for anything extra (blankets, towels, pillows). Visible filth on walls, floors, doors. No bedside lamp and overhead lights dont go completely go off,...

"Liked nothing. Dirty and smelled like burnt grease. Room door was bent and loose. Toilet leaked sewage at the floor. Bed sagged was like sleeping in a bathtub. Ran out of hot water at 4 AM shower. Not worth it even if free. Should get a refund."

"I was told by the manager that they had zero rooms available and that they were not even associated with Expedia in any way and I have been trying to get a refund since then. Worst experience ever!!!"
