"The breakfast was very small. Make your own waffle was the only hot item. The rest was a small selection of poppy seed and blue berry muffins. A selection of cold cereal too. Coffee was available also. Overall a breakfast you could skip."

"We checked in around 9pm, get to room only to find out you can't turn on TV. We tried to call front desk but phone didn't work. Went to front desk and were told they had to come to our room to turn on TV. After they he left room we realized you can't turn up volume. Either you turn off air to hear TV or just watch screen with no sound. After a long drive i just wanted tovwatch TV to unwind sobi could sleep. Next morning guess what? They had to come back to our room to turn TV back on. This was after an uncomfortable night with the air not getting room cooled down. Awful experience. I asked why they wouldn't just give us the remote, they said to many being stolen. I asked why they wouldn't charge deposit for it. Was advised owner didn't want to do that. What? I've never experienced anything like this before. "

The room was comfortable with a cozy bed, fresh linens, and all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the quiet environment—it made it easy to get a good night’s rest. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus, offering a nice variety of hot and cold options to start the day.
The location is convenient, with nearby restaurants and shopping, making it a great choice whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. While no hotel is perfect, this location met my expectations and provided good value for the price.
I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting the Lufkin area and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay."
