"The beds not comfortable"

"I stayed here for my birthday and honestly had a great experience. The staff was excellent and very friendly. We were able to enjoy music until around 12–1 a.m. Of course, we were told to lower it, which was understandable, but it was nice that they handled it kindly because some places complain even when the music is not too loud. The hotel offers breakfast, which is a big plus because it helps you save money. They also have a pool, which is a little small and deep, but still nice. The jacuzzi was amazing. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Another thing I really liked is that there were staff members available even late at night. That is a big plus because many hotels do not have that. They also have free machines for ice and drinks, which was another great detail. The location is very convenient and close to many beautiful places to visit, like the National Arboretum, the NASA museum, the zoo about 15 minutes away, and downtown Washington, D.C. around 15–20 minutes away. Overall, it was a very good experience. The price was great for everything the hotel offers, and I would definitely stay here again."

"The entire experience was horrible. Rude staff who pushed me out in the morning without giving me a chance to speak. I was going to get another two nights out of pure need but it was so not worth it I literally went and slept outside on the ground and had a better time. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to and they have roaches and bed bugs. "

"I was in town for the Bruno Mars concert and parking was easy, the staff was friendly but the bathtub was dirty, the ice machine only worked on like one floor and there was no where in the hotel to even get water or a beverage. I was directed to go to the 7-11 down the road. The property was beautiful, affordable and served its purpose however I don’t think I would stay there again. "

"when we checked in, we weren't told the room was above the club, so the noise level was bad. We felt we were inside the club. I would recommend disclose that particular especially if the rooms are on the 2nd floor."
