"Breakfast was good, good location, friendly staff."

"The hotel is easy to find. It is clean, neat, and tidy. We checked in early - great! My one concern is the 800 grit sandpaper for toilet paper. Motel 6 uses better toilet paper. Unfortunately, the bean counters won. They have a great price on toilet paper, and the property suffers as a result. Everyone and everything was great. The toilet paper was from the 1950's - honest. Sorry to have to report this. Hopefully, this will get someon's attention."

"The Yankee Inn was a convenient and affordable option for our visit to Tanglewood. The check-in staff was friendly and advised us of breakfast and checkout hours. The room was clean and thankfully well air conditioned during our stay there in 90 degree weather! The included breakfast was typical fare: eggs, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, bread/pastries, etc. As we were there for only one night, we did not take advantage of the outdoor pool or fire pit, but both appeared to be clean and well...

"The hotel charged 669 w posted room rate of 429 For 669 they noted that the hot water capacity was challenged when hotel was at 100% capacity Also our toilet ran and we had to open up tank to adjust this was for 669/ night It should be adjusted to the max rate of 429 that was on room inside door"

"The stay was wonderful! Great staff! We were heading to Tanglewood and they provided directions that were excellent. The room was beautiful, clean, and quiet."

"Pictures on the internet made it appear to be an Inn. It was actually a motel just above route 7. Tricky taking a left onto a 4 lane highway to get to Lenox but doable. Room was clean, air conditioned, comfortable and great staff. Few minor issues: 1. Bathroom fan didn't work and one of the charge ports on the shared bedside table was dead. I would recommend if all the cute Inns in Lenox are full."

"Every point of contact I had at 33 Main was friendly, efficient, and accommodating. It’s evident Donna and her team run the inn with love. It’s clean and gorgeously furnished on the inside. You’ll recognize it from the outside, because it’s the most charmingly decorated on the block. I stayed in the Cliffwood room, which was the perfect size for me as a solo traveler (in other words, although smaller than the other rooms, it did not feel too small). "The building, grounds and room were all very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast also. However, our bathroom in 317 needed cleaning where the wall and tub meet the floor. Also the shower curtain was too long and dirty at the bottom and we did not want it in the same water we had to stand in when showering. As you know typically during a shower water does accumulate on the tub floor. Also the drain in the sink was sluggish. Everything else was good."

"We had a good stay here. The suite was clean. The building was quiet. Management was responsive. We did find it odd that there was no front desk, and everything was done by phone, but perhaps that's the modern way. We would definitely stay here again."

"We have stated this property before and loved it. Five years later, it’s not the same. I think new ownership took over and they’ve scaled it down to nothing in terms of service, staff, amenities. Basically there is no one behind the reservation desk all day, instead they’re in the kitchen making snack food, which is all the “restaurant “offers. Time and time again we saw people very discouraged because they could find nobody to help them with things like getting ice or paying for food items....

"The room we had was spacious, and there are nice outdoor sitting areas. Breakfast is placed in your refrigerator and in a basket the day before. If you are hoping for a charming Berkshire bed and breakfast with a cooked breakfast and interaction with your host, you will be disappointed. If you are satisfied with an unusually nice motel, you will be very happy.""
