"The food served at the bar was nice, the restaurant was closed during the day! However the service dad left to be desired. The kids menu has a melon starter which is basically three thin slices. That took 30min to come out. The mains had fallowed 30min after that. And by the time deserts had come out my children had given up on desert. Which I guess it’s a blessing. Don’t order food if you are in a rush, the town has far quicker options."

"The hotel looks quite sophisticated. The room was spacious and very pleasantly decorated. The staff were very nice and also friendly. We had a nice time in the pool and the spa. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. All together, it was a fantastic experience."

"Booked 3 rooms from the 1st may - 4th may for family and friends. We’re all in our 40s with children. Absolutely disgusting place, carpet floors are noisy when you walk, it’s 2/10 in cleanliness, we found bees, spiders and centipede in the room and bathroom. Does not smell nice at all. Staff also DO NOT clean the rooms, nor do they change the towels while you stay in. The breakfast is slightly bellow standard but on first day they served expired bacon( it stunk and looked green/moldy) I would not stay here again in a million years even if it was free. Also the swimming pool hasn’t worked in a year, same as other amenities like eletric charger."

"Had a lovely stay at the Norfolk Royale, lovely having the swimming pool and jacuzzi to ourselves and really good to have the car park next to the hotel although was slightly pricey. Very close to the centre but not too close that it was really noisy at night which was good. Breakfast was fairly good although would have been nicer to be able to have it a bit later at the weekend. Room was very clean although the room was a little hot and could only open one window. Would stay again"
