I was very pleased with most aspects of my stay; however, the absence of an in-room refrigerator was inconvenient. It necessitated frequent requests for ice and water, and I was disappointed when staff informed me that I would be charged for additional water requests. On a positive note, the staff were excellent. Julian, in particular, delivers top-tier customer service.

Nice location near the beach

When arriving at the hotel the staff was amazing. Check in was simple and stress free. I was given a room which didn’t have a walk in shower at first and did request this and eventually the staff provided me with the walk In shower. Can’t fault the experience. Restaurant menu could have more of a variety but overall great. Defo stay again

Number 1 stay in Bournemouth for me

I have stayed in many hotels in Bournemouth for work and this is my number 1 choice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and the bed is comfy. Food is lovely.

We stayed here over Christmas and found the staff (especially reception) very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is really nice and modern in communal areas and lacking in others but all in all very comfortable.

Hi This was a lovely hotel. Inside it has been renovated and a lovely dining area, lounge and bar. The rooms are nicely decorated. Outside lets it down as it needs a good paint. Close to the sea and to the town. I’d stay again
