"I imagine this hotel is wonderful in the Summer but it was absolutely freezing, the heating wasn't even turned on in the building, there was no extra blanket or duvet in the room provided. When I told reception the next day I got blamed for not saying beforehand but wasn't told that customer service was 24/7 when I checked in? Other than that breakfast was average, room was clean bathroom tiny"

"Stayed at the celebratity Hotel for one night. Did not realise that if you booked through the hotel itself, you do not have to pay the £10 parking charge. The room was small and clean. No bedside light for reading. The coffee in the room was not good. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Great bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and coffee......not so good sausages and eggs. The hotel was being decorated at the time I stayed."

"Polite staff, clean and tidy everywhere. Breakfast was plenty and good. Close to BIC, Pavillion and within walking distance to beach and town. Only downside was parking at the hotel, there were carparks close by at a price"
