Recently refurbished hotel. Great location, tight car park.
The room was big, comfortable bed.
Wasn’t as advertised but was clean and good location, however we weren’t expecting a bunk bed.

*There is a lot of negative comments around the hotel , but i wouldn't believe them*
Overall I had no issues with azure hotel. The location was great , the roo. Was very clean and included a fridge.
Parking was £12 for the night. Check in was over the road at a sister hotel.
Hotel is very basic. Room photos advertised did not match the room we stayed in. Key had to be collected from another hotel across the road (this is also the photo of that reception desk). Bed was comfy enough but rest is outdated, especially the bathroom but if just needing a room for the night, it did the job. Check-in advertised at 2pm, was advised it shouldn’t be until 3pm but we did manage to check-in early due to a room being ready.
Is on a busy road so noise is heard all night long but it’s close to amenities, beach and town centre.
Pros great location room itself was clean and comfortable bed was great so comfortable we had a triple room great view small room but it had a fridge and a little dining table which was a nice touch! Bathroom was huge shower was abit dodgy but it eventually came out hot after running for about 10minutes on the hottest setting then it was too hot but I’d rather that than cold.
Cons - had to check in at an alternative hotel. Noisy! No security or staff in the building and there was a room next to us with about 50people in it banging doors and shouting all night long. Front door was always on a latch.
Parking terrible someone even blocked the main entrance door so we couldn’t get out the building major fire hazard!

Not a great place to stay
We arrived at this hotel having booked a triple room. Upon arrival the check in lady told us they’d over booked and there was no triple room available. They wanted us to sleep in a double room. The manager came and eventually offered us two double rooms.
We weren't happy with this as it meant one adult in one room and an adult and child in the other, that’s not what we booked. This went on for 5 minutes or more and my wife would not settle for two double rooms. Eventually the manager gave us a triple room. The triple room is a very small double with a single bunk above. The room is very very basic and small. But fine for what we needed. Could have done with a better clean. Plenty of toiletries.
For the inconvenience the manager gave us free parking. Which in fairness the £20 parking is an absolute rip off.
The noise level at night was absolutely ridiculous. It sounded as if there were 10 people in the room next door having a party until midnight. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. It sounded like they were in our room
Overall we’d never stay here again.
And certainly wouldn’t recommend it.
I’m sure someone else who booked a triple room will have arrived after us to find there was no triple available.
The property itself was clean and adequate and was good value for money and if we wanted to do another night out in Bournemouth we would stay here again as in a good location HOWEVER - we had a dreadful experience when checking in - when we arrived there was no one on a front desk and reception was all locked up, we rang the phone number and was told we needed to check in with the staff at the hotel opposite so over we went, confirmed the booking and that we’d booked a premier quadruple room. The lady on the desk said that the room we booked was unavailable but they have ‘upgraded’ us to a suite in their hotel - so we said great got the keys and up we went to the most disgusting room I’ve ever seen, it smelt so badly, a mixture of weed and mould, wallpaper hanging off the walls, stains and water marks all over the walls, bathroom gross, bath side fell off. Dark dingy horrid. I had to go back down and ask to be given the room we had booked in the other hotel, again I was told that room was not available, I had to get a bit assertive and say that I have a booking confirmation that that room in that hotel was confirmed (they also had it on their paperwork) and that we wanted room we had paid for. She phoned the manager of the other hotel who came over after a little time - low and behold with the key to the room we had booked in the other hotel. I’m not sure what the two hotels were trying to pull but we were not going to be forced into taking accommodation we hadn’t booked.
Room not as described or shown in photos and no staff on site, have to visit hotel over the road to collect the key

Good budget stay for short stay
It was a good budget stay. The hotel we booked was not available but it’s a chain of three or more so we were out next door. It’s basic but was ok for a night. Was as expected.
Upon arriving at hotel there was no staff to greet you only a very small note to say call or go to different hotel
The double glazing is out dated so all the outside traffic makes it a sleepless night
Very poor stay, we arrived but couldn’t find reception, to then be told it was over in a different hotel, we were not allowed to check in on time, they said it was a hour later than advertised. The hotel we booked was not the hotel we stayed in, they said it was full and had to go to the next hotel down which was in need of a very good make over, the room was dirty and the shower facilities were poor. In our very small room we had no privacy, there was a large window right next to out bed with other people walking past at all times of the day and night to access other rooms. We ended up checking out a day early.
There were refuges living there with children who were screaming and banging doors.early in the morning.
My city view was a blank wall.

I chose this hotel specifically because it was cheap. Having said that it would have been nice to have been told in advance that I would need to pick up my room key in the hotel across the road. Also the security seemed pretty lacking, most of the time the front door wasn't locked properly.
On arrival we were sent to another hotel but then taken back to Azure for checking in. Were told room was not ready, sat with several other guests waiting all unhappy about the service. After 20 minutes we were sent to 3rd hotel the Serenity where there was a room ready.
The hotel was next door, smelt on arrival, no reception or signs carpet heavily soiled. Found room very basic but clean
This hotel is not a hotel. It's a refugee staging post , and looks like it has been for some time now.
The shower also didn't work , but the lady on reception didn't seem to understand what I was actually saying.
The bathroom was probably very good in 1956 when I can only assume it was fitted.
Tired, old, run down with zero facilities.
No wifi for the entire stay despite me paying for a hotel with wifi. Curtains didnt even cover the window properly and the bathroom stank of waste water.
Dont stay at the Azure or Serenity. The serenity is old and everything is worn & stained woth carpets coming up, paint peeling, etc. We heard rats crawling in the walls at night, very disappointing. The Azure is where we booked but nothing was functional, electrical issues, rtc
Roma’s good but guests across from us made a racket till 3am. Arguing and shouting non stop. Manager moved us to another room at 3am as these guests wouldn’t move and apparently hadn’t paid. They should have been kicked out earlier in the day for not paying but instead were allowed to stay and disrupt our sleep for pretty much the whole night.
Arrived early due to having to attend a wedding. The hotel let us leave our stuff, we then went to the wedding, i emailed the hotel at 2pm ro ensure our stuff was safe and that we wouldnt be back untill 10pm. Only to be told at 10pm there was no room for us, it wasnt their problem and we had to leave. They had all day to inform is of this Rude staff, place smelt awful. I then had to get a £150 uber home. Shocking service
