"The rooms and bathroom are a bit outdated. There’s no AC or fan, so we had to open the windows to cool down, but that meant dealing with quite a bit of road noise all night. Tiny 21” telly - tbh, computer monitors are bigger than that these days. Parking is limited, so we had to park on the roadside. Not the place I expected so I wouldn’t recommend."
"Excellent location near the beach and pier.
The outdoor garden is spacious and lovely on a sunny day.
The indoor pool and hot-tub are very nice but a shame that residents have to pay £5/day to use them.
The bar, dining room and entertainment rooms are well maintained.
Our bedroom was small and definitely needed some refurbishment, but was adequate for a 2 nights stay."
"Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Pool was much needed in the heatwave. Feel this is a bit of a victim of its own success. It draws a certain clientele and doesn’t feel exclusive and for the price it should do. Pool needed cleaning. Otherwise head and shoulders above all the other Bournemouth hotels. View was of the travelodge carpark"
"A perfectly placed hotel for exploring Bournemouth beaches. The restaurant was nice not huge selection but nice and freshly cooked. Breakfast was a good mix. Staff were fantastic. Especially Holly at front desk- she was so friendly and kind. Gave us tips to get to the best part of a beach nearby saving us loads of time and stress. Helped us get extra pillows for the room. The superior room was really lovely , clean and air conditioned was perfect for heat wave ! Will def stay here again when we return to Bournemouth"
"Really conveniently located with excellent spa, sauna and pool facilities. Most of the attractions were walking distance of the hotel with lots of choice of places to eat.

"Cleaners do such an amazing job very clean.staff are amazing very helpful. The breakfast 100% well done chefs. plenty of parking but you have to pay for parking if you do not book direct which is a shame.bar on site 24hrs which is very useful.can not fault anything."
