"It’s my most favorite Riad in all of Morocco! I doubt I’ll ever find a more wonderful team of people who go above and beyond to make everyone’s stay most enjoyable. Believe me when I say they helped me tremendously. I had a booking snag and they accommodated me without hesitation and helped coordinate my travel back to the airport at 3:30am. The Riad is more beautiful in person. Everything is clean. The customer service is the best. I’ll always return to Riad Joy when I travel to Fez/Fes....

If you are a frequent traveler, you probably have have experienced the catfish aspect of a property posting it's unrealistically beautiful pictures on these platforms. "We loved the beauty of the Riad courtyard and our room. We also loved the rooftop terrace of the Riad. We had one of our dinners up on the rooftop and we spent quite a bit of time enjoying the view of the medina and city from there. Breakfast was so-so and definitely not even close to one of the best we had compared to most of the other places we stayed in Morocco. The dinners were also not very good compared to other guest houses and restaurants we ate at in Morocco so we wouldn't recommend...
