"Friendly and helpful staff from the moment we arrived at the parking. Our room (deluxe double room 2) was clean and comfortable. Our friends were in room 3 which had a pitched ceiling. Everything you could want was provided, including water, beer and soft drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine. All these were replenished. "The hotel is located in a great spot. Our room was great with a super view across the canal. Staff was helpful and pleasant. The pool is not big but very refreshing. Getting to the hotel is somewhat challenging, it is in an emission reduced zone, so only certain vehicles are allowed. If you park at the hotel, then no problem. But visit the hotel’s actual website for directions on how to get there and reserve your parking if you wish. Would recommend to friends to friends and family."

"Ik ben vaker in een novotel geweest, over het algemeen zijn de kamers/hotel goed onderhouden en schoon. Dit Novotel was daarintegen slecht onderhouden kamers waren klein en niet schoon. Je regrette qu'il n'y avait pas la télévision (problème de changement de fournisseur d'accès), que cela n'aie pas été mentionné et que cela n'aie pas fait l'objet d'une ristourne. A ce sujet, je trouve le prix surévalué par rapport aux prestations. Merci encore à Fred qui s'est levé de bonne heure afin de me préparer le petit-dej pour que je sois à l'heure à mon rendez-vous."
