Very conveniently located as is only a short walk to the central medieval area. We (mother + teenage son) stayed in a deluxe apartment which was spacious. Kitchenette facilities also appreciated as we ate in one evening. Staff helpful and friendly. Check-in is strictly after 3pm but it was handy to be able to use free lockers on site to leave luggage so we could go off and explore after our morning arrival into Ghent. Would recommend.

Perfect, especially for an extended family. We pre arranged neighbouring rooms, check in was seemless, and beds and sofas were very clean and comfortable with all additional pillows / duvets clean and accessible. Kitchen pans allowed for frying, boiling, and unusually, a deep casserole pan. Fab for catering for 4. Loved our stay.

Decent small studio to spend a few nights with the family. We have 2 kids (2 and 5) and they had fun sleeping in the sofa beds. It was a quiet place which I appreciated, and it's still close to the city centre. Kitchen seemed to have everything needed (fridge, cutlery, plates&cups, microwave, pans) but we ended up not cooking. The only concern I had was that the windows were not safe for adventurous kids... (no locks, and super easy to climb to... and out...). Advice is to book the hotel parking in advance, otherwise you might not get a space. The parking just outside is convenient but 34Eur per day. The Hotel parking is a few min away, but 20Eur. Staff was helpful. We had 2 hotel fire alarms during our 3 night stay... I guess it happens when you have dozens of kitchens... but it can be disruptive if you play by the book and go downstairs until they tell you to go up *even* if the alarm stops (which we did). All in all I'd go back.

Great hotel to stay if you are exploring Gent. We are a family of four with two younger kids and it was perfect. Walking distance to all the historic sites and great neighborhoods. Very safe area. The hotel was very clean and the staff was great. We loved it.
