"A lot went wrong but i did get reimbursed for a night (without an apology or acknowledgement). Location is great, food is good, however I would not stay again due to my experience and they have a lot of big events there (wedding, corporate etc)"

"The hotel looks fairly new. The room was very clean and nicely arranged. Breakfast was great. There were a lot of choices. The location in Boulder was excellent. It was one of the best stays I have had in recent memory. I would definitely return."

"Staff was amazing and very helpful with room swap."

"The layout was very comfortable for a multi-day stay. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and filling. Appreciated the pool, gym and plenty of bottled water at the front desk."

"Staff excellent good breakfast"

"Just seemed like the senior management made a decision to understaff the property this weekend. Elevator was down a full day but repaired in time for our departure. Parking is really expensive so just factor that into your decision. Maid service came at 9am and we asked her to return in an hour but they never came until we came in from a full day away so had to wait for late maid service and towels etc."

"Very nice, clean, affordable"

"Amazing stay! Our needs were always met, and the staff were so respectful. I would 100% come back here to stay."

"Small rooms, could use a mini fridge, might get noisy at night during weekends but otherwise good stay"

"Great location. The happy hour was nice with wine and cheese. However, we did not find the bed comfortable. We thought the breakfast was poor quality, like did that quiche come out of a box? I thought $450 for JUST a room was way over priced even if it is Boulder."

"Very nice hotel. Love the courtyard and fire feature, lobby was very nice. Staff were efficient, rooms serviced every other day. Our room was very nice. Disappointments, no hot tub or sauna, they wouldn't make/sell Starbucks coffee unless it was in the morning for breakfast. They have the equipment, but they refuse to use it when requested. Breakfast is not included. Menu options limited. Staffing at the bar didn't start until possibly 5pm, so you can't purchase anything until then. Water...

"Located next to a Walmart and several restaurants a short walk."

"Great homey place - lots of charm, fit the Boulder vibe"

"Great location, relatively clean and nice, safe, especially for the price. I would stay here again."
