"The staff were friendly and welcoming, housekeeping staff were lovely. The hotel room itself was disappointing. Very run down, stains on the couch, marks on the wall, water damage near the ceiling. The bedding was very thin and not comfortable, the bed itself was comfy. The shower rarely got hot/warm. The floor outside of the elevator on floor 2 felt very sketchy like it was going to cave in soon. There was lots of parking and the area felt very safe. I did not love that I had a room with an...

Beaucoup d’inclusion tel qu’un excellent petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de variété, une piscine, spa et glissades d’eau, gym et beaucoup de place de stationnement. -chambre très spacieuse, très propre et très complète avec cuisinière, four micro onde, lave vaisselle et gros frigidaire ainsi que la vaisselle. Lit super confortable. Très belle vue du sixième étage. "

"Very simple accommodation but served its purpose. Building quiet and secure. Bedding and towels fine and fridge and microwave good. I did note that the kitchenette did not include a kettle or coffee maker but did not see warning that it had no dishes or utensils. Problem solved by a visit to a nearby discount store but people should bring such items with them, along with dish detergent."

"I'm not familiar with Sudbury, but this property feels like it's in a sketchy part of town. Under a bridge and beside a rail yard, I had to drive around a dozen people wandering around in the street outside a centre offering services to individuals experiencing homelessness and addiction just to get to the hotel. If I hadn't pre-paid, I would have found a different place to stay. The parking lot is pretty beaten up, the lobby looks tired and the elevator is quite worn. The room was mediocre....

It would have been nice if they had told me at check in that there was a “Boil Water Advisory “ at the front desk rather than finding a letter on the counter in the room and no bottled water in the room for at least brushing my teeth.
