"Consider when booking this hotel that is the middle of nowhere even though is only a mile from the airport but there is nothing to buy food or anything. Is a very basic hotel. Staff was helpful at check in. The room was very clean and the shower room is good and clean too. But is a hotel to go and sleep for a few hours and that’s it. They charge for parking. £15 the night. They didn’t mentioned that when I booked."

"I took my daughter on vacation and we stayed at the Moxy. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The brunch was huge, delicious and with many different selections. The games they have in their common areas made great memories for my daughter and I. I would love to stay there again!"

"A good enough spacious room with a comfy double bed, suitable wardrobe and a nice desk. The bathroom was quite clean and the shower worked well. Our room had two windows for maximum daylight and it opened for sufficient ventilation. As we were in a busy high street the room didn't have a great view! Overall we got a good value deal for 3 nights! Many nice restaurants and shops nearby. Also Southall station is about 20 minutes walking distance from our hotel!"

"I appreciated getting feedback. I had a lot of questions because we knew we would be getting in late. Based on their description, I saw nothing about a shared bathroom. I have a bad bladder, and this gave me anxiety. There was a potential for 8 people sharing yhe bathroom. This would have been problematic if they had a packed house. We had to pay $30 US dollars to drive less than 4 miles. They took a 25 pound deposit and if they don't pay me back, I will be relentless. "

"The room can be improved to ensuite. Presently, shared toilet and shower and if one is badly pressed and the toilet is occupied (and it happened a couple of times), one is in a big trouble. It was advertised as bed and breakfast, but there was no breakfast provided. Mim was very courteous and was very polite nevertheless."

"We were upgraded to a runway view room and as a birthday gift given 24hr access to the Executive Lounge. Staff were excellent, as was the room. We thank you for such a pleasant, enjoyable stay. Highly recommend. "

"Great location close to Uxbridge tube to venture into London and free parking. Hotel was clean, staff very helpful, and bed very comfortable and quiet. Good breakfast included. Would recommend."

"I was surprised to how good the hotel was! Location is not so great for local stuff (but I'm not sure why you would stay in Hounslow anyway)? but for the airport, car-hire it's fine. Reasonable dining, great staff, rooms are very good (I was shocked)! Recommended."
