Good for long term stay.

We got 2 apartelles for family mini vacation it was good weekend except for the loosen flooring (easy fix by using fluid nail glue... cheaper that redoing the grout).If you like cooking your own food this is a great place for you and your family, they have all the kitchenware you need. It's several steps from the beach and you have go thru alley to get to the place.

Not a hotel

This is an apartment, not a hotel...as long as you are aware of this then it can work. Staff were great. A little,bit away from crowded beaches of Station 2, but an easy walk. Not to be confused with Sundown Suites which is around the corner and seem to manage these apartments.

This place was wonderful! The rooms have really spacious balconies directly facing the beach. The beach is pristine and beautiful. There is a resteraunt and bar on site.

Perfect place to relax - Far from the crowd!

Amazing spot in front of the beach. A little far from the center of white beach (station 1,2 and 3) but i wouldn't trade this place to other hotels in center. I love that you can have privacy and complete relaxation in this area. No noisy crowd. Would highly recommend!

While the rental unit #3 was accommodating, the property was surrounded with a few properties that are abandoned and broken down/ falling apart. This made the overall experience quite disappointing. I would not recommend this for a first-timer. About some furnishings: The TV display has a huge line across from one side to the next; the sliding doors are not fully secured and the sealing fan only works on one speed.

Best room location on the island!

The place is exactly as advertised and the staff is very committed to customer service. The owners are there every day, there are numerous repeat guests and I would only stay there on Borocay. Sleeping is very quiet, extremely safe and night life, shops and restaurants are walking distance. The Sundown Restaurant is 5* so you could eat every meal there. The view is excellent and the sand is right there. The staff really is as good as it gets! The views are great and water sports and boat trips are minutes away. You definitely will enjoy your stay here!

Ocean view of White Beach

Great location near station 3.. Not too noisy but close to the action. Beautiful beach and blue water right outside. They are working on it, but really need to hurry up and fix wifi and also get credit card terminal.
