The staff was very nice and the room was also very good. However, we experienced some issues during our stay. When we arrived, our Expedia reservation was not registered, so we had to wait for a while before they finally gave us our room. Later, I booked a massage, but when I went to the lobby to ask where it would take place, they told me they didn’t have space available and that it would be done in the room instead. I refused because they hadn’t informed me of this change beforehand. The hotel has a very good gym and a nice pool. Overall, I think the hotel is fine, but it is too expensive for the level of service they provide, especially considering that they also don’t offer beach loungers. I’m not sure I would stay here again.

Family vacation with kids.

The place is quite new. Service was really good. Having the pool nearby allows us to go to the pool or beach on several occasions. The breakfast is really good and fruits are fresh. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is also near the Island Star Express for easier coordination on travelling to and from the airports.

위치가 대박쎄박존박. 방은 조금 좁긴하지만 많이 불편하진않았어요. 아쉬운정도. 위치가 너어어무 좋아서 ㄱㅊ. 처음에 주신방이 예약했던 방도 아니었고, 문을 열자마자 퀘퀘한 냄새가 나서 침대밑을 봤더니 곰팡이가 폈더라구요. 빡쳐서 방을 바꿔달라고 했더니 바로 바꿔주셨고, 바꾼 방은 좋았어요! 그 점 빼곤 만족스러웠습니당

Simple Hotel, bad access path to beach

A simple hotel, newly renovated, clean, nicely decorated. But not much to do inside the hotel, not much open space to stroll around.. pool is even under renovation, thus for the price we paid, there are far more better options, but if you do not plan to leave ur hotel room, this place is vaible In terms of toiletries, only available is shampoo, conditioner and soap. No toothbrush, cotton buds and etc. They dont even offer slippers and complimentary water. Pathway to the beach is awful (outside hotel) drainage is overflowing, thus certain section is flooded with sewage water, a section is even stinky, smells of urine. Staff and employees are nice, but for me, its a small boring hotel.

1박에18만원이 넘는데 무은 호텔방에 창문이 하나도 없고 딱 모텔수준 로비도 없고 바닷가 가는 골목은 어둡고 냄새나고 머가 있어야 평가를 남기지 그냥 18만원내고 침대에서만 잘꺼면 이용하세요ㅎ 여기 창문이 없어 환기가 안됩니다ㅎㅎㅎ

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially from the F& B dept named SANRI. The guy in the reception doesn’t have a nice facial expression when talking to his guest though he answers and help our queries. Food was fairly nice. Nice and very clean room. Pool and gym are still under construction. Overall is a great stay, worth the money. Not a beachfront but just 3mins walk.

Clean & close to the beach.

Had a very nice stay here for 6 nights. Was 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach which was great ! Room was clean, staff were friendly. I love the security when taking the path to the beach makes you feel safe. Downsides were only 1 roll of toilet paper a day ( sometimes needing more for 2 people ) and I thought it would be nice to sit in the spa / pool with your drinks but you are not allowed which is what I like to do when on holidays. But .... can understand. Pool was clean and nice temp.

The Patio Pacific was a good hotel for our short trip. The rooms were simple, the pool was good and there was access to the beach, the restaurants and the Boracay entertainment.
