Stayed there for 4 days 3 nights. Close location to everything. The breakfast buffet is excellent and they serve different everyday. Beach is 3 minutes walking distance. I’m not a fan to those beach front hotels because it to noisy and crowded. The hotel is just a little bit outdated but it’s very quiet.

The property was clean and well maintained. Their bedroom mattress in their room was very old. The 3rd night I slept on the floor because my back pain was in pain from sleeping in their old mattress. The mattress should be changed. Thank you.

pretty nice place and the people who work here are amazing. A little bit of a walk to the beach and even further of a walk to D mall but it’s pretty safe overall. The room was good, Ac and tv working properly. One thing i was kind of annoyed by was the shower. The Shower faucet was not functioning properly so i was showering with cold water for the whole stay.

Good location, safe and walkable. Rooms needs renovation. Cable tv not good. Too much evangelical Protestant channels. CNN is Not a reliable news source. Needs varieties of world news outlet.

Everything was great with the property, just one thing tho, there is no floor mats or rugs inside or outside the bathroom so, everytime you take a bath, living area will be wet because of you.

Staff was excellent.Property a little dated.Breakfast was ok.Ordered a chicken club sandwich at the restaurant and it was awful.Good location not far from the beach.My room had roaches in it.All rooms probably need extermination to rid of the issue.I probably would stay at Henann beachfront if I would do it again.

Place is nice and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful in many ways. The only downside is the breakfast buffet. Tends more to Filipino food and for Foreigners, sadly there is not much option.Probably won't be back there.

I travelled to Boracay solo, and would recommend the property to other female solo travellers. I felt very safe at the property. Bhel and Erica were professional and personable in their communication. They also anticipated some of my needs, and kindly accommodated them, a testament to their service and attention-to-detail highly.

a 3-5 minutes walk property to the beach. overall the place is awesome, safe, clean and had a very attentive staff. we stayed 2 rooms good for 6 and was huge, ac was cold and water pressure was no complains despite being on the 3rd floor. food from buffet breakfast was excellent and restaurant have delectable food with reasonable prices. pool was large enough and safe for kids. definitely would recommend if your ok to walk a few meters outside property to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay here. I will definitely recommend this place. It was very nice and clean. Pool very relaxing and a great breakfast. We stayed in the Cabana and the rest of our group in the hotel. Everyone enjoyed the stay.

Check-in was pretty quick. The lady at the desk was pleasant. The room does have this huge keychain, and a metal key is a bit difficult to carry around. Either way, the room is nice and spacious. The safe isn't bolted down, just a grab and go style. I don't travel with many values, so this didn't affect me much. The doors need weatherstripping to close the huge gap. It has a good location to and from the jetty, also not too far from the beach.

Boracay Tropics is one of the best hotel we ever stay. Quite and very relaxing away from noise but, right in the middle of everything. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. All in all was superb!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Able to cater guest needs and even goes above and beyond especially in making sure that guests are doing ok. This is my second time staying here and always satisfied with the choice. They are not beach front but this resort is so worth it. Will keep on coming back and highly recommended!

Our stay was supposedly overall great except for the front desk supervisor who gave us a hard time checking in to the Preferred suite that I booked where it showed a kitchen where we can do a light cooking. She denied all the suite amenities until I showed her all the features and pictures that made me picked that unit. We got the right unit that I booked eventually! Great breakfast buffet. Very great stay! We’ll surely back to this resort!

I have visited Boracay many times but this is the first time to stay Boracay Tropics. It is a nice facility. We stayed on third floor. No elevator. We tried hard to keep sand out of room, but difficult when in a beach town. It would be helpful if there was a foot wash at the bottom of the stairs. When we arrived Aklan, there a person with a sign reading "Boracay Tropics" but not our names. He knew our names. We got in. He stayed with us all the way to hotel. He saved us a lot of time. It was great. I thought it was great the hotel offered this shuttle service. I have had it before with other hotels, but not all. However, when we arrived the hotel they told us the "fee" for this service. It was nowhere on the hotel website or stated anywhere in the hotel confirmation.
