The place was nice the staff were very nice. The only bad thing on the trip was. You never had our name at bamboo for pickup. Plus the island hopping tour with lunch . You had me down for the day I arrived. Which was too late for 830am I didn’t land till after 1pm. I had it set up for the 11next day. Thank God they let us go because of your screw up. Besides all of that it was wonderful there!!!…. Just a rough start to our vacation.

Great staff! Always friendly and helpful. Not a huge fancy hotel, but the staff and location makes ideal. Don't get me wrong, its a very nice hotel and about a block of the beach. I would definitely stay here again. Loved it!
