Property was great for large groups, staff was very very accommodating and checked at least once a day on how things were going. Travelers need to understand that this is not beach from but across the Main Street on a corner. Not the prettiest surroundings but the property amenities make up for it very easily.

Breakfast great, room change or cleaning so so. No new towels some time , place will need grout work as showing wear and mold. No fan in washroom. Staff was fantastic and tried real hard. Sometimes though could learn more about serving as dishes not always taken away even though two extra girls there plus waiter with maybe two tables. This is a training issue

We would first like to say that the hotel was very smart, clean and the food in the restaurant was excellent. However unfortunately we felt on many occasions, that male staff would always address me (the male) first, often ignoring or excluding my partner (female, and who booked and paid for this hotel). We feel that training staff to treat all guests as equal is needed. One example is, when we both entered the building, the male staff would often say “hello sir” or “how was your day sir”. Instead, we believe they should have addressed both of us within the same opening conversation. This happened daily and had a negative impact on our stay.

Waited in lobby 3.5 hrs for check in. The diritest buffet I have ever seen. We have been sick since we ate there. (See pics) The place should be shut down for health violations. I have been to 40 countries and never seen anything like this. Room was dirty too. Washroom smelled of urine. Entire property is in bad condition.

Terrible service. Check-in took two hours, and it was incredibly stressful after a long flight, ruining my first impression of the island. The receptionist, Mica, doesn't know what service is, nor does the manager. They only took cash for a deposit, didn't want to check us in, and tried to upsell us an upgrade, even though we'd originally booked a better room. The room itself was damp, and we weren't happy with the cleaning. The door to the balcony was broken, causing the air conditioner to leak (and this was an upgraded room). The line for breakfast was huge, and the breakfast itself wasn't great either. Unfortunately, there were no other hotels available on the island for New Year's, so we had to endure this nightmare for a week. We don't recommend it! We're happy we checked out and left.

Where to start, for one it's too far from everything and every time you get a e-tricycle it cost between 300-400 pesos each way to go somewhere. If you wait on their shuttle bus it will take all day just waiting on a bus. Second is got to the room the sheets were dirty it looked like someone had slept in the bed a week before we arrived and pubic hair all in the sheets. So, the bed lining had not been changed until I requested it. Third thing I did not come to the Philippines to learn how to take a cold shower. When brought this to the front desk they did offer to switch rooms but why should I have to ask to have the simples task done after we moved in our room. After I complained about the room and told them I was leaving they didn't even have maid service clean up the room after. I turned on the light for the maid service to clean-up. They sent a fruit dish to the room instead of fixing my problems with the room. I stayed 1 night of 3 I was supposed to stay. I moved to a different hotel to finish my stay on Boracay Island. The Staff are polite and well-groomed, but they should learn how to clean better. This was not a very nice experience for I have stayed in several other hotels on Boracay Island before this does not even come close to the others as being rated as a 9.2 as you have this listed. Thank you for the bad experience on Boracay Island.

Most staff are not getting paid, I understand it's training opportunities but this people need to get paid. It's against international labor law. It's considered job exploitation. But overall nice place to stay still walking distance to the beach and the mini store restaurant near the beach are better and affordable. Just ask for Trully he cook a fantastic giant Lobster.

Belmont Hotel gives you your privacy since it’s far from a lot of people that is located in station 2. The only problem we had was when you booked a transportation it’s always full and hopefully they will have enough transport van to accommodate all or their guests.
