"The hotel was nice and quiet for the entire 4 day stay. Room was very clean just a little old. We live in Vegas so the standard is super high, this hotel was as expected in a small city. Bed was super comfortable. The couch was old and had some stains. My only real complaint is we didn't have hot water. The temp only got warm in the shower. Check was smooth, the female staff were super nice. "

"Breakfast was excellent. Stayed in the Executive suite and it was very nice and big. The only thing that I could say was bad is sleeping on a pull out bed. I don't know of any pull out beds that are comfortable."

"We found some problems in our room and reported reception a few times during our 4night stay but nothing was solved. They are quite simple requests 1) chair was broken and needed to be fixed or replaced 2) bed mattress was damaged and needed to be rotated or replaced 3) shower water pressure was away too low and only warm water I guess manager just ignored guests as the problems started long time ago that is why the reputation is quite bad but reception staff are good. You need to get breakfast before 8:00 otherwise no muffins and only coffee is available. Also utensil, plates, pots and pans are upon requests "

I have stayed at this Hyatt in Milford many times over the past several years and while the room and all amenities have been great, the thing that I appreciate equally is the congeniality and hospitality of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel."

"The room was clean the staff was nice the only thing we would eat was the waffles. Enough parking. But I wasn't happy the pool was closed. I had one upset Son. Who was excited, to found out he could go. An email would have been nice. As a mom I plan trips around my family and our time."
