"The ratings for this property are far too high. It is definitely a no frills place and the bed has to be one of the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in a hotel room. Would not recommend. Basically a dorm room. "

"Staff was very nice, but I booked the room cause the site said it had a bar and restaurant and that is false. Staff admitted that it had been a good while since the bar/restaurant was open. Honestly i wouldn't have booked it if i would have known that."

And, we had people who appeared to work there in our room in the evening but didn’t do the turn down service so we were confused as to why they were in our room going through our things. We "

"Breakfast man was fine, first time I’ve ever seen steamed veggies, which was excellent. Very new facility, everything clean and well put together. Room size is nice. Water pressure on the second floor was not good for a shower. And could not get onto the Wi-Fi from an iPhone, no matter what I tried"

"Beautiful location and friendly staff. We enjoyed our time and soaked in the scenery on several gorgeous hikes. We only regretted that the scenic chair lift and outdoor water park were not open as it is early Spring and not the summer season."

"Toast was very slightly toasted. Unfortunately, our breakfast was interrupted with a fire alarm. We were only about 70% complete when everyone was scurried out of the dining room. The meal should have been comped, however the server later tracked us down in the lobby for payment. The dining room Manager did a spectacular job in setting up an Anniversary display for us at 3 p.m. Overall, we had a great two-day stay. Thanks again! The Mosers "
