"First room didn’t have a remote for tv so gave Me 3 more to try and none worked. Gave me a new room and only had 5 channels to choose from. Got up in am to take shower and zero hot water. Cheeked out in the morning and local workers staying in hotel was complaining to front desk saying the no hot water was an ongoing issue. "

"Avoid This Hotel; Very Poor Transit Experience I stayed at Aloft Montreal Airport during an airport transit and had a very frustrating experience from start to finish. The shuttle driver said the hotel was only a few minutes away, but the ride took almost 30 minutes after making an extra stop. When I arrived, the front desk asked me to wait and disappeared. Check-in took about 25 minutes late at night, which was very inconvenient. The room was extremely cold, and when I reported it, staff said it would improve, but it did not. Around 12:45 AM, the air conditioner started making loud noise, waking me up. I reported it but was told no other rooms were available, making it difficult to sleep before my early flight. In the morning, the shuttle scheduled for 4:30 AM did not arrive even by 5:15 AM, and many guests were left waiting. I had to take an Uber to avoid missing my flight. Overall, this was a stressful and poorly managed experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel, especially for a nice sleep, good transit hotel experience and shuttle and customer experience."

"This was a surprisingly lovely stay. The room was brand new, very clean, very comfortable, and the staff was extremely helpful. The walls were a little thin as I could hear the very loud snooker next door. The hotel is still under renovation, but it promises to be excellent once all the work is done. For the price, it was excellent value. I recommend it."

"An older building but basically clean and quiet. The staff were very accommodating. The restaurant was good for supper. Breakfast was great. Fresh food. Clean. It was continental but satisfying. Others complained with the swing front door. It wasn’t a problem. It had all the basic channels on TV. Also liked the free parking."
