The property is nice and clean. Breakfast is good, staff are helpful. However, the first room we got was not that clean and the air conditioning was really bad and was not working well. It looks very old, it definitely needs to be upgraded. My big thank you goes to Mr. Martin for taking quick action and relocated me and my family to a much better room.

This is a very old property that needs some mayor renovations. There was no hot water in many rooms and the wifi did not work either. The breakfast was awful but the employees were nice and very helpful.

The room was not cleaned very well at all. The showercurtain was disgusting and smelled. There was hair all over the floor in the washroom, and there was hair on the beds. The AC was extremely noisy. We were there for a layover and liked that the hotel had breakfast and a shuttle. If you are going because of that, spend a little extra and go elsewhere. The shuttle was good, the breakfast wasnt worth its name. We may have been more comfortable in the airport for 15 hours.

I tried to call hotel for shuttle bus from airport. No answer from 1430hrs to 1525hrs. We had to take a taxi. There is no restaurant or any drinks available. Closest restaurant is 20 min. walk to the Radisson where we should have stayed! The rooms are good size, beds o.k. but place is dated. Continental breakfast is minimal. There are better hotels available for similar price range.

Please do yourself a favour and spend a little more to stay elsewhere. When we first booked we hadn’t seen all the Google reviews of car thefts at the property. That right there made me feel uneasy the entire time. The closet was bigger than the bathroom. The furniture was falling apart. For a good hour we had to choose btwn using the fridge or watching tv bc there didn’t seem to be enough power for both. Only one outlet for a phone charger on the night stand. Ice machine wasn’t working. One of the garbages in our room hadn’t been emptied and had dirty qtips and a massive clump of hair from I presume the previous guest. For a good 2 hours there was a leak from the floor above dripping from the vent into the bathtub. If you are on the ground floor you can hear everything from the room above (ie: when people drop things on the floor at 4 AM). Do not recommend. Best part was the French toast at breakfast was decent.

It was close to the Airport with a convenient Shuttle service. The room was a little worn and faded, but the establishment was undergoing some renovations as well. The coffee cups in my room were re-stacked and still sticky from the previous guests, and I found a stray sock under my bed when prepping to sleep.... All in all ..I survived...slept well..and made my flight on-time!!! Was it worth paying 20$ less then the competition.... not sure.... lol sry not sry

It's not a family hotel. The area around the hotel was very questionable and so were the people staying there. It seemes to be a rent by the hour place. The breakfast with the plastic cheese slices, white bread and cheap cereal was not to wake up for. A lot of boinking going around during the night which woke us up. No shampoo, no soap, the toilet paper dispenser is broken with the toilet paper on the counter beside the sink. The room numbers went from 118, 119, 127, 134, 122. It's quite a place. After receiving our room key we found that the beds were unmade and pizza boxes on the floor. We received a new room trying to find that room number since they are not in order by number. We came in at 11:45 pm. too late to find something else. I was very surprised It's a Wyndham, scary experience. 😨 The staff was very nice and the questionable people in the lobby we didn't have any problems with. Happy to leave in the morning.

Friendly staff, but unfortunately this felt like a neglected hotel. Stayed here during the F1 weekend and unfortunately had a poor experience. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The room felt dirty from the get go, and the thin and worn out brown carpet added to the overall unclean feeling. Thankfully, I had towels and blankets in the car, so we ended up using those instead of the ones provided by the hotel. The bathroom clearly had not been cleaned properly. There was hair on the wall, pubic hair in the bathtub, and the shower curtain was brown at the bottom and smelled dirty, and the toilet seat was loose. Even the bath towels did not smell clean. On top of that, the room key constantly stopped working, so nearly every time we returned we had issues getting back into the room. There was also a chandelier outside the room that was actually quite beautiful, but it flickered throughout the entire night. Even with the curtains closed, the flashing light still came through the room. One positive point was the location, conveniently close to the airport and about 20 minutes from CGV. To be fair, I didn’t complain to the staff during the stay because we were checking in late and leaving early every morning, and honestly didn’t want to spend the little downtime we had dealing with room issues. This hotel has potential, but cleanliness and maintenance should really be the starting point. Overall, I would not choose to stay here unless major improvements are made.

We just needed sleep to fly in the morning. Everything was ok. There was garbage in the main room when we entered, so cleaning was not detailed. Took too long to get there with the airport shuttle. However, this is because several roads were blocked off, so the hotel can't be responsible for that. The shuttle driver was excellent!
