"Stayed at the Black Dog Inn in Bolton for two nights. The room itself was comfortable enough for the price, so no major complaints there. However, the overall experience was disappointing.
The first night was a write-off in terms of sleep. Staff gave a late booking to a couple who had been drinking in the pub, and they stayed up most of the night with the TV on at a very high volume. "Not the hotel but a party came back from Manchester at 1.00am and kept us up all night and we checked out at 4.30am and no offer of changing rooms or anything but sorry."

"Clean comfortable room. We have stayed here 3 times rooms are all alike and all have been clean.
Breakfast is available cooked breakfast, cereal, fruit etc. Again we have always found breakfast adequate.
Parking at the hotel is £5 for the night and again we have always been able to get parked.
There is a nice bar in the hotel, staff this time were exceptional"

"I paid £40 for a double room for the night which I thought was a great deal.
The room was clean and check in and out was easy and quick.
I didn’t have breakfast and there was lots of on-site parking.
The place is a bit dated but for the price I paid, I was very happy."
