"Comfortable place to stay, easy to find, close to highway, free indoor parking next door, plenty of room, great to have 2 separate bedrooms.
Wonderful service at reception.
Big fridge with freezer section, little table to eat, but no cuttlery nor plates.
Plenty of restaurants nearby.
On the negative side: No bedside table and lamp.
Mattress was extremely soft, but still slept well."
"Nalagini on of the housekeeping she was very nice she came to our room for cleaning. I wasn’t ready yet. She gave us 10 minute then after we left, she start cleaning. I really appreciate it. Thank you to all also Mike from reception he was very nice when we arrive. Thanks to all the breakfast. It was very good."
"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!
Otherwise the stay was comfortable, the room was big and quiet, the heating system worked well as did the WiFi. Parking was free, near a gas station and just off the highway so it was a good location for our transit stop in an 8 hour drive in the winter."
