"Room was very clean. Bar staff very polite. Only reason four 4 stars is they didn’t place the shower chair as required in the shower stall which was requested prior due to disability. Front desk clerk did not appear to be to concerned stating if there would be nothing she could do if they didn’t have one. Although, I eventually did receive it."

"Super convenient we were laying over from a trip through Toronto back to Vancouver. The staff were friendly and cheerful, and the rooms were well equipped, very clean and spacious. The breakfast was included and was fabulous and we enjoyed our stay tremendously."
