"Excellent small boutique hotel, fantastic service from very helpful and friendly staff. Perfect location on the lakeside, with a beautiful pool area. Great breakfast buffet and close to a number of great restaurants. Easy walk to get into the town."

"What a wonderful experience. We rolled into Bolsena on a whim in a Friday evening in April. The place we’d booked online was closed! So we found Casa di Agatha online and made a reservation. When we pulled up is was dark and also looked closed, but soon Tiziano pulled up to let us in.
The rooms are in a very old and beautifully preserved building. Each are thoughtfully decorated with antiques and hand painted ceilings. The bathrooms are lovely with modern provisions, but also elegantly...

"We had to make a last minute change to this property from one we had in San Gimignano, and we are delighted that it worked out that way. The property is super relaxing and the staff made our stay memorable. The owner/on-site chef made a fabulous 3 course meal for dinner, plus dessert, and breakfast was simply perfect If you do not have a car and anticipate hiring a taxi, I advise that you set up the taxi in advance and the owners will be happy to provide a number for you. "This is one of the most beautiful properties in one of the most beautiful little towns off the beaten path we have come across in our extensive travels around Italy. The property is brand new and beautifully designed and decorated with distinctive finishes and furnishings throughout the location is incredible right at the base of the town of Monteleone. "Room was spotless and cleaned daily. Staff was extremely helpful. This is a gem. It is on a working farm, winery and olive oil producer. Everything is of the finest. The husband and wife owners have us a tour of the farm of which they are justly proud."
