"The hotel is in an old convent. I had a ground floor room with very high ceilings and dramatic lighting. The appeared to be a window high near the ceiling, so it could not be opened for fresh air. The room had a mini split, but it was malfunctioning and didn’t always work. A staff member checked the controls and everything was set correctly. It was a mystery.
