"A very quaint period public house. Our room was quite small but definitely adequate for our 2 night stay. Obviously to be expected with a quaint period public house. The bar was well stocked and plenty of room at the bar, surrounding tables and restaurant. The staff were very knowledgeable, engaging and friendly. Overall a very pleasurable stay and my wife is already planning to revisit with a friend. The 8 Bells is a perfect location to walk to the Bolney wine vineyard and neighbouring...

"Quick check-in with friendly staff. Nice clean room with big bed and large screen TV. Good buffet style breakfast from an early time so you can have breakfast and catch the shuttle to the airport."

"We would stay again"

"Enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Breakfast was fantastic easy parking, and great facilities with comfortable rooms and good WIFI, would return in the future"

"Lovely hotel, modern throughout, and incredibly comfortable beds. Super convenient location very close to Gatwick Airport. We received a discount voucher upon check-in for food and drink, which was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and checking out was a breeze."

"Just great - unique and cosy - the most comfortable bed ever"

"Helpful staff"

"Stayed for 1 night before travelling from Gatwick Airport. We arrived quite late and left early so didn’t eat. The room was spacious, and relatively comfortable. I’d use again if travelling from Gatwick due to convenience of location."

"The nicest stay during my time in London! The host is soo friendly and helpful! 🙏 I really appreciate their kindness. It was a cute themed room and cozy. Would definitely come back :)"

"Convenient and very clean room, easy to access after hours. Very helpful staff who were flexible about check-in times. Excellent breakfast in the pub."

"Easy check in, clean and spacious room, pub on site as well and a Gregg’s/petrol station 1 minute walk away."

"Family room was super duper basic. Really reminds me of a Holiday Inn Express. No robes, no slippers in the room either. There were very limited amenities in the wellness changeroom. Staff in the restaurant were not friendly nor welcoming."

"Great breakfast. Fabulous staff."

"Carpet had a very musky smell. Although Expedia had airport shuttle listed, it did not mention that it is a paid airport shuttle. Traveling by night the hotel is scary asi it in in a densely vegetated area with no street lights."
