"I was on vacation for my birthday and staying at the hotel simply ruined my vacation.
In the condition of minus 15 degrees outside there was no hot water for the shower.
None of the staff speak English."

"The hotel in general is good. Nice, new built and very clean rooms, quiet area. Pool is very small - much smaller than on the pictures. The downgrade is however food and service - very poor and overpriced food compare to what you can get in the nearby restaurants. We booked dinner at the hotel consisting of 3 dishes: salat (which waiter forgot to bring), main dish (which were cold) and cold tea, whic tasted like it was made fir couple of days before. The other negative thing is that I booked...
