"Everything was great for the stay. They did not send a text message as they stated for us to use for check out, but we were okay with it. The WiFi was kinda slow but I only needed it to do a quick task on my laptop. The stay was like home away from home. If I ever have to go for a longer stay I will definitely use Bluegreen."

"Had to turn the water off while showering because it wouldn’t drain and would overflow the pan. Hotel appeared to be under renovations? Outlets didn’t work in the room. Staff tried to be helpful, but I got the feeling management was just trying to do cheap repairs and nothing really worked. Housekeeping was sub par. People serving breakfast were kind."

"My room smelled like an unclean dog. To the point , my son and I had horrible headaches. I reported to the front desk 3 times. If this is going to be a pet friendly environment, I would hope they had proper cleaning supplies."
