Obsługa przemiła ale było wesele, więc było głośno

Obsługa znakomita i zasługuje na pochwałę. Jednakże byłoby super, gdyby goście NIE WESELNI nie byli meldowani do pokoi nad salą weselną. Nawet w stoperach ciężko było spać, bas przenosił się po ścianach i po łóżku. Goście korzystający z basenu i sauny niestety nie wiedzą jak zachować się w saunach publicznych i zachowują się głośno.

Dobry kompleks spa

Hotel faktycznie kiedys musial robic dobre wrazenie, ale teraz przydaloby sie odswiezenie lazienek, wymiana materacy, porzadne wypranie recznikow - podczas uzycia czuc je stechlizna. Plusem jest usmiechnieta i uczynna obsługa oraz duzy basen z kompleksem spa. Bardzo dziekujemy ratownikowi za wyrozumialosc dla naszych pociech. Drobna sugestia - na stronie hotels.com brakuje ofert ze sniadaniem.

fajny i niedrogi hotel

Super hotel,doskonały jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolicy:Czeskie Skalne Miasta,Zamek Książ,Palmiarnia,Stara Kopalnia w Wałbrzychu.W hotelu za dopłata dostęp do strefy SPA: super basenu ,jacuzzi,sauny:parowej i suchej(nieco mała ale jest).Wspaniała regeneracja i relaks po całodziennym zwiedzaniu:).Jedyny minusik za brak kosza na śmieci w pokoju i na korytarzu.
