Very social/party hostal, they host many events weekly for guests to gather and meet! Staff are incredibly helpful and nice :) Prime location, close to mayor attractions in el Centro. Bed is moderately comfortable, decent blanket. Only downside, my dorm had a lot of mold in the shower ceiling and window area which looked disgusting sadly. Overall though, highly recommend if you want an upbeat social stay in Bogota!

Absolutely fantastic, the staff was super helpful and kind. The other travelers I made friends with were so fun, really appreciated the air conditioning in the rooms. Also, 3 steam rooms and 1 sauna included with your reservation were sooooo great for the days when you want to just relax. Absolutely recommend

I didn't have breakfast so if there's a rating for that please ignore it, I don't think some of the features advertised on Hotels.com exist, like the co working space and rooftop there isn't any outdoor space, I think there was a rooftop but they built another dormitory there, and it was the one I stayed in, it is well renovated, but extremely cold, they should put a heater in it, and add ventilation until the bathroom because it's already going moudly and it looks extremely new. The hostel was really clean, and I met some nice people whilst I was staying there, but it doesn't really have any cozy hostel like spaces, it's an old hotel that was renovated into a hostel and you can tell, I think with a little extra it would be a perfect hostel. I am also not sure if they do yoga there does not seem to be any space for it. Probably if they moved the reception/bar to the front window it would make a better use of the space and it would be better for all of the activities they try to have. Also the luggage storage room exists but like it was tiny with no organization for the size of the hostel they should at least put in shelving so people don't have to move 50 bags out of the way to fetch there. There was a kitchen and it was reasonably well equipped, microwave etc. The hostel was extremely clean and the staff were nice, but distant, probably could have done with some international staff/volunteers because it felt like I booked to stay in a student union bar not a hostel.

Could have been a great stay, but…

The place itself was ok. Good location and nice rooms. The day we arrived the hostel was having a concert in the lobby at 23.00. I’m very happy with social happenings during a hostel stay, but I was tired and wanted to sleep. The noise was incredible and they kept at it until at least 01.00. Also the rooms was more dirty than i’m used to. Dust on the floor and stains on the sheets. Wifi was really slow. Service was good.

Okay place to stay

The location is close to the main sites but not safe to walk around at night on your own. There's no restaurants close by. It's VERY LOUD on friday night because there's a big party in the hostel until 1am and you can hear it. The security guard is excellent and friendly and helpful. The reception staff are not that helpful - when asking them questions they didn't seem to know answers or would give you 1 sentence answers that were not helpful .You can't control the AC in your room, you have to whatsapp the reception to do it, and you cannot control the temperature. The spa in the hostel was good, I did a massage. The food at the bar was okay - i had a burger.

The facilities are top! The steam rooms and spa amenities make your whole trip. Breakfast is good and staff are friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Air conditioning in the room didn’t work and all 3 days felt like a terrible experience. Went down 20 times to reception, they would start the ac and then it would get turned off in 10 minutes. Didn’t have a remote for ac to manage myself, had to walk down to reception after every few minutes asking them to turn it on as it kept on getting off.

it is an incredible hostel and offers many amenities. Camila and Sarah are incredibly welcoming and it honestly feels like a second home. there is always a smile on all the staffs face and you meet people from all over the world. the only thing id request is to bring back laundry services!!

Avoid at all cost.

What a horrible experience. First they gave us a room with a shattered Window. Then they gave us another, we couldn't get the AC to work. Apearently you have to ask them to set it from the main control panel. BUT it didn't work either. The hot pools, are extra charge, which seems very bizzare. Over all I got the feeling that they didn't care about us and it seems to be run by untrained kids.
