If you are looking for the best area to stay in Bogota and the best hotel. This is it! I’ve stayed here a few times and even have stayed here with my 2 dogs. The staff is extremely pet friendly. The breakfast bar is amazing! The service and attention is superb. I will definitely stay here again and refer it to anyone looking to stay in Bogota.

The room only had one waste basket in the bathroom, none in the bedroom. They didn't have full size beds in double bedrooms, only twins. For two grown up adult women is pretty uncomfortable, more if my friend is a tall woman. No iron, so our cloths had to remain wrinkle. The staff was very nice and kind, the service in the restaurante was A+. Everything was clean and nice. The location is excellent, so close to stores, restaurante and more. They need to update their bedrooms with better beds that can guarantee a good sleep to their guests.

This hotel is near a couple of malls and a lot of restaurants and shops. I felt safe walking outside and going to the malls a d the restaurants. Unfortunately breakfast was not included and instead of a king bed, which is what I had paid for, I got two very small beds. It was very expensive for these reasons. Would not be staying here again.
