Dishonest and unprofessional

We had a decent stay but the hotel manager charged me for a pre-paid room and then was unable or unwilling to give me a refund. I gave the staff a generous tip when I checked out and still received poor service. I waited three business days to get a response and reimbursement and still haven’t. They didn’t even send me a receipt of what they charged me when I checked out.

Super sted at koble af... Vi havde et par fantastiske dage ude i "ingenting"... Lækker mad, både morgenmad, frokost og aftensmad. Fantastisk udsigt fra hytten. Man skal påregne kørsel til de omkringliggende seværdigheder medmindre man er super hiker. Det kostede os ca 50.000 - 100.000 pesos tur/retur for de ture vi var på. Personalet var så søde og behjælpelige - på trods af vi ikke er ord spansk, så klarede vi det fint med Google Translate.. Kan klart anbefale stedet hvis man vil lidt væk fra storbyen uden at skulle rejse i mange timer

We had an incredible time. It is a beautiful place, lovely location and such nice cabins. We had delicious food, and the staff was was truly amazing! Their communication from day one that I made the booking was always great, and once we were there they took really good care of us.
