Bien pour court séjour

Hôtel bien situé, pas trop loin des points d’intérêts. Chambre spacieuse et salle de bain propre. Mais notre chambre était côté rue et c'était vraiment très bruyant.

Amazing Hotel

This hotel's position is near Plaza de Bolivar, just walking 15 minutes. Face to San Diego TransMilenio Station, it's very convenience. And the hotel very cleanliness. I live in highest floor, the housekeeper named Carmen, she's very helpful. The receptionists can speak a little bit of English and they are very polite. The shower has hot water and hair dryer, it's very good. Next time, I will live again.

Get a room away from road side.Might be quieter.

Had a helpful young person introduce me to my large room. Room very clean, comfortable,hot shower.Was on 9th floor but traffic noise was huge. Just one night before International flight. Suited my purpose. Eggs at breakfast tasty. Start time was 6.30 but nothing out when I arrived but they quickly cooked eggs. Staff on desk spoke Spanish but used computer to translate!Good fast taxi to airport. Not a safe area at night.

1 odd k to Historic dist

Only 1 girl doing check ins so slow to check in. She allocated me a room road side which was extremely noisy I asked to move to back section but was advised no room (I was booked and paid for 3 nights) Next morning after breakfast I requested again and a different girl allocated me a room 2 doors up which had the double glazing so reasonable quiet, this room was vacant the previous night so a sleepless night could have been avoided. Rooms do not have aircon or heating. Room has a safe and cable tv with no english stations. Breakfast was included as was ok. Hotel area is a bit sus so commonsense required !! Wifi was intermitent . Staff were very helpful and friendly , except bad call in room allocation first night.

O hotel me surrpreendeu para melhor, esta sendo reformado, banheiro excelente, pintado piso trocado cama muito boa e localização também, staff nota 10, serviço de transfer, cheiroso, acho que a título de mais conforto,um frigobar seria bom e um café da manha com mais itens, embora haja diferentes opções de café da manhã, mas, levando-se em conta o preço da diária não é injusta a simplicidade do café e uma internet mais forte nos andares superiores, uma vez que o hotel é muito grande!Excelente custo e benefício!

Desayuno pesimo, gente esperando en el Lobby del hotel, sentados con los pies sobre la mesa de centro, dormidos incluso. En el baño, dos dias consecutivos, toallas con agujeros.

For the price, you can't beat it. Check in took a longer than it should and the bed was as hard as a rock, but the room was clean, albeit a bit dated. Hot water worked in shower, which was an improvement from when I stayed here last year.

Did not get what I booked.

The confirmation mentioned a minibar, but the manager told me, no room has a minibar. Cheating the customer to get the booking. The breakfast had 3 options but very little was on the plate, left the dining room still hungry. The shower had a leak, even it had doors, the bathroom was flooded and water leaking into the room. The hot water in the shower went dry for 2 minutes until it came back, very inconvenient when just having shapood your hair. Towels where changed even they had a sign not to change and save water if you hang up the towels. There is a swich for the room light which cuts off the whole power in the room, so also for the bedside light and the power plugs. Had to take out the other light bulbs to just have light for the bedside light and the power plug. The area is not safe at night. For the way to the airport was only allowed to take the hotelcar, could not ask for taxi or arrange Uber. At the reception nobody spoke English, they had to call the manager, who could speak a little.

Hotel no Centro da Bogotá

Hotel muito bem localizado. Porém, teve alguns detalhes como por exemplo, solicitei para me chamar no dia seguinte que tinha o meu voo e simplesmente a pessoal do hotel esqueceu. Foi tomar cafê e solicitei fazer o check out em quanto isso, e quando terminei, a recepcionista não tinha nem solicitado para fazer.

Decent for the price.

Decent hotel, not a 3-star, closer to 1.5 or 2. Bed was hard, very little water pressure in shower, no hot water, luke warm water at best. Staff was nice, area not so good, but overall not a bad value for the cost.

Great Value

It was a great value for the money. Hotel San Francisco was priced like a hostel with services like a hotel. It is an 11 storey building with a perfect view of the mountains and very easy access to downtown. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, they don't speak English. Then again, most staff in most hotels in Bogota do not speak English. Freshly cooked breakfast served at your table for free is quite a nice amenity I do not recall ever seeing before. Full service restaurant, taxi to the airport, fully stocked bar in the room, and room service costs extra. Yes, it is close to the areas with prostitution and drugs. However, that will be the case with any hotel close to downtown. What major city doesn't have that problem?
