Nice stay in a comfy hotel

Good location, comfy hotel room, no windows looking outside the hotel. Could hear noise from other rooms and hallway. Breakfast was reasonable with plenty of options.

Hotel has affordable prices for people who will spend more than a week at Bogotá. It is near to the American Embassy . There are near pharmacies, restaurants and markets. Breakfast is very good . The guy in charge of the restaurant is extremely nice and polite. Also de reception lady Deisy was very helpful and friendly all the time.

Family oriented property , clean, very pretty. Employees super niece all the time. For the price and the location is perfect for people who will stay long periods of time. Breakfast is included . Lunch and dinner are served at your own cost. Excellent service. Excellent food. The owner of the place goes by few times a day to make sure everything is going well.

Very friendly staff! The building is older the rooms aren't as nice as other places and my room had a weird smell. But the simple breakfast every morning was nice, and it's so conveniently located in walking distance to the conference center nearby. Really enjoyed getting to know the area!

The staff was terrible, the manager is a very despotic person, y was literally yelling at the hotel staff in front of all the guests, the work environment was terrible tense and we got stressed just by listening and watching how this Guy treated the employees, we will never go back there
