The staff was very professional and very nice. They accommodate with all the needs and always have a smile. The rooms are very cosy with warm ambience, and breakfast is served fresh daily. The location is very convenient as well, close to the express bus lines and to the great restaurants and bars. Strongly recommend and will stay at the hotel again.

Nice Location & Good breakfast

The Hotel is located in a safe & convenient neighborhood, close to good restaurants, theaters and shopping centers. Staff was very friendly and informative. Included breakfast was great with fresh fruit, squeezed orange juice and eggs a la carte. Our room and bathroom were smaller than we expected. The mattress was not confortable.

I strongly recommend this hotel. The staff makes you feel like a member of the family. The hotel is one block from the Nueva Legua language school which I also heartily recommend. Breakfast is available as well with fresh orange juice.

INCOMODIDADES Y ACIERTOS

Las almohadas son muy duras y por ende incomodas. La ventana de mi habitación estaba en el pasillo, debido a que las cortinas no son lo suficientemente gruesas, entraba demasiada luz a la habitación, lo cual no permitía descansar cómodamente. Solicité el segundo día que la apagaran y al no hacerlo, tuve que solicitarlo nuevamente a las 4 am. Lo mejor de todo, era la amabilidad de la persona encargada de los alimentos.
