En general bien. El servicio del restaurante es lento y muy básico. Hace falta más atención. Falta un molino de pimienta y sal en las mesas. En los desayunos hace falta mantequilla, mermelada.

El mejor hotel en Guaduas, entre Medellín y Bogotá

Estupendo hotel oara pernoctar y descansar entre Medellín y Bogotá, justo antes de una parte de la carretera muy pesada. Además el pueblo de Guaduas es muy bonito y el hotel precioso, con excelente atención y servicio, tienen servicio de SPA e ideal para descansar

GRAN DECEPCIÓN

Teníamos otra expectativa de este viaje, que si bien realizamos con mucho entusiasmo, al final nos decepcionó bastante. No solo tuvimos que soportar innumerables cortes de luz los 4 días, solicitar en cada oportunidad que encendieran el turco, yacusi y la piscina de hidromasaje, porque todos esos servicios son temporales, no constantes, sino que PARA COLMO DE MALES NOS ENCONTRAMOS CON PERROS EN LAS ZONAS HUMEDAS.... QUE ASCO, QUE ADEFESIO, QUE FALTA DE CONSIDERACIÓN CO EL TURISTA... jamás había tenido que compartir en un lugar de descanso la pesadilla de tener casi dentro del turco a un perro... ,no solo que es falta de toda delicadeza sino que además, se convierte en toda una exposición a la mala clase y mal gusto... recuerden: cada cosa tiene un lugar, y la piscina no es el lugar de un perro. Adicionalmente, en la habitación los insectos hicieron fiesta con nuestros cuerpos, llegamos llenas de picaduras de toda clase, el restaurante es MUY limitado en su oferta de comida,la carta no varía, siempre es lo mismo y finalmente, el costo que es altísimo para un servicio tan pobre. En conclusión, NO regresaríamos.. decepción total!

We could not stay at the hotel.

I made my reservation through Expedia but by mistake I reserved it just for one person. It costed $50 the night. I arrived at 11 pm and I was leaving at 5 am with my husband and my 2 daughters which are 2 years old. The guy in the reception charged us usd$120 MORE because according to him we were 4. It was still a 1 bed room... we felt robbed and left.

En gral. bien pero preferimos no usar la piscina porque el agua era muy turbia! Cuando llegamos a la casa nos dimos cuenta que pagamos demás. Porque en la reservación se confirmó: Monto total a pagar en el hotel, en la moneda local COP 659.399,70. No. Res. 8072811560858 Finalmente pagamos $ 680.280. No entendemos porque la diferencia.

Best hotel in Guaduas

We stayed here for three nights. The staff were super friendly and accommodated to all of our requests. The pool was nice and clean. We booked appointments at the SPA for full body massages. The prices for the massages were great (less than $30 for 1 hour) and the lady was amazing. One of the best massages i've ever had. We had family members who stayed at other hotels in the same city, but no one was happy with their hotel as we were. And everyone who saw our room when they visited us there, they were jealous of us :) Highly recommended hotel.

Excelente estadía.

Íbamos en un viaje de Moto hacia Villavicencio entonces paramos en Guaduas a dormir. El hotel queda a media cuadra del parque, tiene parqueadero privado, el hotel es muy bonito, todo es nuevo, las habitaciones son amplias, con aire y directv. Tiene piscina y jacuzzi. Él desayuno es sencillo pero rico. Excelente hotel

Servicio ok, las instalaciones buenas, pero al lado hay un sitio de eventos donde colocan la música a todo volumen y desafortunadamente impacta en el hotel y no hay forma de evitarlo, adicional el garaje queda por la parte de atrás y no hay timbre, esto es incomodo por que dar la vuelta es complicado, por lo demás estuvo ok

En general buen hotel. Tuvimos problemas porque la reserva no aparecia y no habían habitaciones; tuvimos la suerte que alguien canceló y nos dieron su habitación. Las habitaciones no cuentan con nevera, no hay bar en la piscina; aun está en construcción, pero deberían ser claros en decir que está listo en el hotel y que está pendiente. Pero en general un hotel muy bonito y agradable. Por favor revisar el tema de reservas, no fuimos los primeros ni los únicos que llegaron al hotel con reserva de hoteles.com la cual no aparecia en el hotel. Otros huéspedes no corrieron con la suerte nuestra que otra persona cancelara su reserva y nos dieran su habitaciòn
