Pasamos una noche ahí y se tuvo que pagar para hacer check in temprano casi la mitad del costo llegamos a las 7 am y se tuvo que pagar alrededor de 750 pesos mexicanos para poder desayunar y que nos dieran la habitación ! El desayuno buffet aceptable la ubicación un poco insegura pero cumplió su cometido , en general es bien lugar para quedarse , lo cool es que tiene servicio gratuito de transporte hacia el aeropuerto lo ocupamos y nos ahorro unos cuantos pesos colombianos lo recomendó está muy bien

Since we arrive after 11pm there was not service airport shuttle vehicle from the airport to the hotel 🏨, we grab Uber to get there! The staff are very friendly, lot attention to customers so I give them A+ for really good service. The hotel is under renovation so there is some areas where you will see they are working but we didn't hear anything at all, they call us to chance rooms with the upgrade to a bigger room, the only really weird is the shower, either you burn yourself with hot water or get it cold because it was hard to make it stay in the middle, the room #1259 needs attention with the shower, anything else was great. The breakfast was wonderful so A+ for the great service with all that crew in the kitchen and common areas.

El hotel es excelente. Ubicado cerca del centro y de varios puntos de interés. El servicio de transferencia al aeropuerto es muy bueno y un plus que no muchos brindan. Sólo hay que ajustarse a los horarios. En cuanto a los aspectos positivos, el hotel cuenta con una ubicación excelente y muy céntrica, a poca distancia de diversos restaurantes y lugares de interés cultural. Además, hay una estación de autobús justo enfrente la cual resultó sumamente conveniente. También quisiera destacar el desayuno buffet; la variedad y calidad superaron mis expectativas, y el personal fue muy atento en todo momento. No obstante, debo mencionar un inconveniente importante respecto a las habitaciones. El aislamiento sonoro es deficiente, lo que compromete la privacidad. Podía escuchar con total claridad a las personas de la habitación contigua, hasta el punto de sentir que había alguien dentro de mi propia habitación. Asimismo, el ruido proveniente del exterior se percibe con demasiada intensidad.

My husband and I had a really good experience in this hotel, breakfast was suuuuuper good, all three days we were there they had different things on the menu. Fruit and the fruit juices were DELICIOUS ( I loved the fact that they don't add any sugar to them) EVERYONE there was soooooo helpful. The instructions were clear on how to get to the airport shuttle, and the driver was nice, very respectful, shuttle was clean, ride was smooth. Thanks EVERYONE hopefully there is a next time and I would love to stay there again.
